At LHBM Legacy LLC, we provide mentorship, education, and therapeutic support designed to help youth and families thrive.
Our programs are trauma-informed and relationship-driven, meeting each individual where they are and giving them the tools to grow emotionally, socially, and academically.

We proudly serve communities across Wisconsin through the following programs:

• Shawano County – Comprehensive Community Services (CCS)
• Manitowoc County – Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS)
• Kewaunee County – CCS, CLTS, Youth Justice, and CST
• Rock County – CCS
• Walworth County – CCS
